We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (SEM/PPC) to support all Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing activities for our operations in Greece. The Performance Marketing Specialist will support managing all paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, as well as other search and display marketing engines. The ideal candidate should be responsible for effectively managing the paid search budget and working closely and in alignment with the Group Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Create, develop and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search amp; Display), Bing Ads, Social Media Ads as well as other marketplace platforms, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results
- Work closely with a very experienced agency across Search, Display and Programmatic networks rolled at an international scale.
- Work towards specific targets that you will be measured upon
- Collaborate with other teams (Product, BI, Tech) on projects around bid optimization, automation, incrementality testing, channel attribution and innovation.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns while assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages to optimize quality score and A/B testing hypotheses
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point
Requirements
- 2+ years of working experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven experience of managing a budget of minimum 50.000 per month
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice for Ad copies and Social Media content
- Skills of comprehensive data-analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
- Being highly passionate about numbers, online advertising and exhibiting enthusiasm in your work
- Being interested in web technologies and the latest developments and trends in search behavior
