We are currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team.

As a member of our Team, we need you to help us in our effort to acquire the best talent. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Ops the ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. As Spotawheel’s Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will proactively seek opportunities to attract outstanding candidates and build an extensive talent pipeline to ensure our long term recruitment targets are met, in line with our hiring roadmap. This is not an ordinary recruiting role but an exciting opportunity to work at one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the Team
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates
  • Administer employee records, files, contracts, work shifts, leaves, benefits and performance evaluations using both the ATS and HRMS
  • Manage employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees, handling complex and sensitive matters appropriately, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Provide support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Propose actions to enhance job satisfaction and employee engagement, employer branding and team bonding
  • Be a Brand Ambassador of Spotawheel

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training and/or MSc in HR will be considered a plus
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Proven experience in using HRMS and/or ATS systems (eg. BambooHR, Workable)
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management competence with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
