UI UX Designer / Front-end Developer

Within this framework, we are looking for an agile and highly-motivated Front-end Developer/ UI amp; UX Designer to join a team of future shapers. The candidate will become part of the team of Intracom Telecom that is involved in collaborative research an innovation.
The candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- Elicitation and analysis of requirements related to the UI/UX of ICT solutions supporting diverse application domains
- Implementation of the frontend of applications in diverse application domains (e.g. Smart Grids, eHealth).
- Experimentation with existing and emerging technologies tools in the field of UI amp; UX design
- UX problems’ solving
- Mockups design and continuous interaction with end users
- Contribution in IT system’s specifications and technical reporting
- Collaboration with multi-disciplinary research groups in the context of collaborative research and innovation projects.
Requirements
- 1 2 years of relevant experience
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Good knowledge of standard UI/ UX tools (indicatively: Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch).
- Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies
- Excellent use of English language
- Fulfilled military obligations, where applicable
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in related field
- Portfolio of design projects
- Experience with UI libraries (indicatively: React.js)

- Agile practitioner with excellent communication skills
- Good technical reporting skills
- Team player able to represent the team in an international environment
- Proactive and able to work with a minimum of supervision
