Our team is looking to hire one of you to fill the following interesting job position.
Position: Web amp; Digital Media Manager
This job requires flexible and talented marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. You will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
If you get this job, you will have to:
- Carefully design and plan Stepwise advertising campaigns
- Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Oversee social media accounts’ design
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media that attracts and converts our target groups
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
The person we are looking for should have the following qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social media or Marketing manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- Approachable and pleasant personality
- Inspired and creative thinking
- Talent in interaction and transfer of knowledge and information
- Excellent oral and written command of Greek and English
- Competent computer user (MS Office suite, excellent knowledge of presentation creation and editing software)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Plus qualifications and skills:

- Knowledge of additional foreign languages other than Greek and English
