Job Description

Found.ation is looking to add to its team a reliable Administration and Project Associate that will support daily operations and run and analyze every day activities to subsequently provide insights and guidance to company's management. The goal is to assist in organizing company's structure, support the implementation of projects, run everyday tasks and enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and grow the organization. You will work with a talented team to complete a full range of administrative, project, and financial tasks for an aspiring consulting and technological company.


Responsibilities

  • Design and coordinate administrative procedures, systems, documentation and filing to streamline processes.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations and project implementation.
  • Assist in the company's monthly financial and accounting operations, project expenses monitoring - review and improve processes.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to support the management, planning and implementation of projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
  • Coordinate the communication with external/internal stakeholders regarding project needs and business goals.
  • Coordinate the organization of on-site or off-site activities, events, or conferences.
  • Organize and supervise other company's activities (HR and payroll functions, office management and supplies, travel arrangements, reception area).

Requirements

  • BSc and/or MSc in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any other relevant background.
  • Working experience at least 2-3 years in a similar role supporting Business, PM or Finance departments.
  • A solid understanding of Project Management, accounting and financial principles.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and business operations.
  • Be technologically savvy and have the ability to use new digital tools and systems.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in Greek and English, both written and oral.
  • Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft 365 products and services for analyzing data, producing letters and reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Have the ability to get things done, work on multiple activities and objectives to accomplish goals.
