The role:

We are actively looking for a Technical Account Manager to work on the Customer Success functions for our IoT and SaaS products.

This is a crucial role within Centaur Analytics working along our talented Customer Success team and helping our global expansion.

The role will be part of a fast-paced environment with many deliverables and fluid focus changes based on business priorities.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Act as a technical owner to assigned accounts
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis
  • Be the main point of contact for receiving and organizing client feedback
  • Be responsible for Product support
  • Manage and ensure seamless project delivery to ensure high-quality implementations lacking in defects
  • Provide tailored solutions to ensure customer growth and success
  • Execute customer success plan to drive adoption post-deployment
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of Centaur's product offerings and develop best practices, preferred configurations, and next steps for customer issues
  • Maintain internal and external documentation surrounding all client installations

What we are looking for:

  • Information Technology degree or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant position
  • Technical understanding and hands-on experience with enterprise software implementations, SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and cloud applications
  • Technical experience with embedded devices
  • Willingness to take initiative and tackle things on your own
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building and executive communications skills
  • Can manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to navigate data and people to find answers
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Active driver’s license
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel on occasion
