The role:
We are actively looking for a Technical Account Manager to work on the Customer Success functions for our IoT and SaaS products.
This is a crucial role within Centaur Analytics working along our talented Customer Success team and helping our global expansion.
The role will be part of a fast-paced environment with many deliverables and fluid focus changes based on business priorities.
Requirements
What you will do:
- Act as a technical owner to assigned accounts
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis
- Be the main point of contact for receiving and organizing client feedback
- Be responsible for Product support
- Manage and ensure seamless project delivery to ensure high-quality implementations lacking in defects
- Provide tailored solutions to ensure customer growth and success
- Execute customer success plan to drive adoption post-deployment
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of Centaur's product offerings and develop best practices, preferred configurations, and next steps for customer issues
- Maintain internal and external documentation surrounding all client installations
What we are looking for:
- Information Technology degree or similar
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant position
- Technical understanding and hands-on experience with enterprise software implementations, SaaS / IaaS / PaaS and cloud applications
- Technical experience with embedded devices
- Willingness to take initiative and tackle things on your own
- Strong interpersonal relationship building and executive communications skills
- Can manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
- Ability to navigate data and people to find answers
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Active driver’s license
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel on occasion
