We are looking for a Presale Bid Manager to be responsible for owing, managing, preparing and submitting bids in response to Request for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), etc. from Banks, Financial institutions and large Organizations in the IT Sector. He/she will be engaged in pre-sales activities and will orchestrate the overall creation of proposals, ensuring compliance with customer and RFP requirements.
As a Presale Bid Manager, you will:
- Own and prepare Bids, respond to RFIs/RFPs;
- Own the content structure of the proposal;
- Coordinate and interact with internal technical resources and 3rd party vendors as necessary to describe the appropriate solution with the optimal combination of hardware, software, and services to meet the customers’ needs;
- Work with customer-facing colleagues to develop effective response strategies and compelling approaches for each bid;
- Identify and describe in detail the proposed solution elements in order to assist the cost estimation;
- Prepare proposal content, including description of implementation and maintenance services, plan and other required material;
- Solution Presentation to customers, and;
- Collateral amp; Pre-Sales/Sales Material preparation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years presales experience in similar position, managing bids in the IT industry
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Understanding IT Project Implementation Services Life Cycle (Design, Implementation, Support, Operation)
- Speaking and writing fluency in Greek and English. Additional languages are considered a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
