Job Overview
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to support the accounting department. The ideal candidate will support the department with invoice and data entries. They will communicate with suppliers and other departments for resolving any discrepancies on a daily basis. The role will be reporting to the Head of Accounting Department.
Responsibilities
- Control, categorization and registration of purchases invoices in our ERP (Soft1)
- Communicate with suppliers for balances and resolving issues
- Check all purchase invoices are correct and match purchase orders
- Reconcile Suppliers’ accounts
- Communicate with Demand Planning and Commercial Department for resolving issues concerning supplier invoices
- Support on daily accounting tasks
Requirements
- BSc in Accounting and Finance/Business Administration/Economics
- 1-2 years of proven working experience in an accounting or purchasing department
- Previous working experience with ERP will be considered as a plus
- PC literate
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English
