ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading IT Systems Integrator, is looking for an experienced Sales Support Officer to support their Sales / Presales Teams.
Workplace location: Athens, North Suburbs
Role’s Responsibilities
You will be supporting the Sales amp; Presales Team and you will actively participate at the sales amp; presales everyday activities.
More specifically, your duties will include:
- Handling ordering (focused at H/W), opening the order at CRM etc.
- Communication with Vendors for Inventory Management, pricing etc.
- Drafting Offers (pricing amp; technical specifications)
- Communicating with existing clients / accounts
- Escalating complex needs to Presales Team
- Assist to Invoicing
- Updating CRM with contacts at the accounts
Requirements
- Academic background in Computer Science or in Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in an IT / Tech firm
- Adequate technical knowledge for basics
- Sales oriented and result driven personality
- Familiar working with CRMs / ERPs (ideally MS Dynamics amp; Soft1)
- Good MS Office skills (Word amp; Excel)
- Strong communication amp; negotiation skills
- Eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
