We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Professional to design and oversee the implementation of our Digital Marketing Strategy both for corporate and product brands by setting a firm positioning and narrative to be communicated in our campaigns, by engaging with our SoMe audiences and embrace our communities to grow and maintain our customer base and by designing our CRM and email marketing strategy.
The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will nurture closeness and transparency with our audiences and work on sustaining an engaged community while working with the rest of the Marketing amp; Communications’ functions to streamline all marketing activities across all products and channels.
As a Digital Marketing Senior Manager, your tasks will include the following:
- Work on the digital campaigns strategy and implementation to optimize results, both in terms of sales as well as customer engagement amp; awareness
- Identify existing and prospect customer segments interacting with PeopleCert and determine the right channels to reach them
- Design and supervise the implementation of the CRM strategy
- Supervise the optimization of the leads funneling within the company
- Create product positioning, messages and creative that speaks to target personas and drive its implementation
- Design and oversee the implementation of programs to engage those customers
- Establish the day-to-day heartbeat of the PeopleCert community
- Transform customers and customer segments into product evangelists
- Lead strategy for social content creation; work with team to brainstorm and create social content for SoMe
- Hire the right team (and engage the right third-parties) to scale our Community programming
- Identify and recruit additional content creators to engage with PeopleCert
- Work with product teams to co-lead our product ambassador program
- Capture feedback from the Community and relay information to Product
What we look for:
- Previous experience as a Community or Marketing Leader
- Proven track record on CRM growth and loyalty
- Track record of delivering in a high-paced environment
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable
- Exceptional command of the English Language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
- Excellent communication and creation skills
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties around the world
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to operate with some degree of ambiguity; actioning is the best way to learn
- Knowledge of all facets of community growth and engagement
