About the role
In the role of Associate, Survey Design your role is to partner with our clients to understand their quantitative B2B insights needs and to translate their insights requirements into best-in-class surveys - advising them on asking the right questions; programming the survey, conducting quality control on survey responses and then visualising the outputs.
You will be based in our Athens office located in the heart of the city at Ermou Street.
Please note we are in particular interested in candidates that would be interested in exploring relocation opportunities to one of our international offices.
Role Scope
1. Survey Design
- Understand the research and survey deliverable needs of consulting, private equity and hedge fund clients
- Use this knowledge to provide value-add advisory on best practises in survey design
2. Survey Programming
- Lead the delivery of survey programming efforts
- Ensure that survey programming service delivery is on-par with our Client Service Team culture of quality and hyper-reactive client service
3. Survey Quality Control
- Contribute to Survey Quality Control activities; such as data review, respondent quality checks and other processes related to improving the quality of our survey deliverables
4. Survey Visualisation
- Lead the execution of Survey Visualization efforts; creating easy to consume excel and powerpoint deliverables
5. Client Management amp; Business Development
- As you develop in your role you will have the opportunity to contribute to client facing activities
You will develop a range of marketable business skills in the role:
- Market Research: leading survey design and programming for consulting, private equity
- Data Analysis amp; Visualisation: developing excel skills and powerpoint in survey visualisation efforts
- Project Management: collaborate with multiple stakeholders holding different and often conflicting priorities
- Commercial Acumen: working on 10+ projects per month in diverse global industries

Requirements
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluency in English is a must
