About The Role
As a Coordinator in the Client Service Team, you will support the Client Service Team in day to day tasks and be involved directly with their line of business. Your role is to partner with our experts and organize the scheduling process, monitoring the interactions and facilitate administrative tasks.You will need to manage multiple workstreams and multiple interactions with experts from all over the world, ensuring their interactions will be completed as scheduled. You will also coordinate with clients, in order to provide them with progress updates and also receive their last minute requests. Ultimately, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Client Service Team. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are core skills that you will quickly develop along with prioritization, negotiation, time management and professional communication skills.Your key responsibilities will include:
