Priority, a leading company in Consulting Services, seeks a candidate for the position of Senior Technical Consultant/Senior Software Support Engineer to join our Software Solutions department.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Senior Software Support Engineer for Corporate Clients:
- 1st and 2nd level support of Software Solutions: interaction with corporate clients on a regular basis, solution design (bug fixes/change requests).
- Support of development team.
- Quality Assurance/UAT of software solutions/bug fixes/change requests.
- Installation of corporate applications, update releases and prerequisites.
2. Senior Technical Consultant
- Advisory and training services to clients.
- Participation in workshops and preparation of technical analysis documents.
- Preparation of management reports and technical documentation: (specifications, manuals, training, UAT etc.).
- Cooperation with business experts and development team for the optimization of existing software.
- Technical Project Management of software solution projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT area (AEI).
- Excellent knowledge of Greek language, very good knowledge of English language.
- Knowledge of System Engineering, Windows, Active Directory, SharePoint, Databases (SQL, MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle), Office 365.
- Desirable system engineer certification in Microsoft (knowledge of Microsoft Windows server administration, MCSE or MCSA).
- Good knowledge in programming principles.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in application design amp; development (web services, .NET, DevExpress, XAF).
- Experience in use and administration of ITSM systems (e.g. JIRA)
- Knowledge of TFS (Team Foundation Server), Microsoft Visual Studio. Communication skills, team spirit, analytical thinking, problem solver, self-learner, ability to learn new technologies in short notice. At least 2 years of professional experience in technical analysis. At least 2 years of professional experience in technical project management. Fulfilled military obligations.
