The Role
We offer a flexible, part-time and remote environment for the right candidate to evolve the front-end of our services. These services are used by patients and caregivers, as well as healthcare professionals and researchers, from several countries.
Our tech stack is built on Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL, hosted on Heroku.
You will have the opportunity to create greenfield front-end projects from scratch, using the latest technologies like React Redux, SCSS, yarn, and more.
You will also get to improve our UI/UX and optimise our infrastructure for web and mobile technologies, building a diverse skillset necessary to address the needs of any audience.
We are flexible regarding the location and working hours (you can work pretty much from anywhere, at anytime).
Requirements
What you need to have:- Experience with front-end technologies (including HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON).
- Solid understanding of HTTP and RESTful web service design, implementation and maintenance.
- Curiosity and passion to constantly learn new skills.
- Ability to plan work, prioritize tasks independently and efficiently, in order to meet deadlines.
- Experience with the React framework.
- Exposure to Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with mobile app development.
