Job Description

Successful candidates will act as man-in-the-middle between customer and IT technical teams to ensure exceptional customer experience. They will build strong customer relationships from a technical aspect and evaluate their needs to suggest IT solutions making sure IT projects are delivered on time and technical support requests are resolved in due time.


  • Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues;
  • Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors;
  • Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience;
  • Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction;
  • Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements;
  • Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities; Evaluating customer needs to suggest solutions;
  • Create a written technical solution proposal that meets customer requirements; and
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for IT solutions and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on IT engineering experience;
  • Client oriented with client facing experience;
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects;
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Team player;
  • Excellent time-management skills;
  • Experience and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Project;

Technical Competencies

  • Experience with solutions that are related to hybrid cloud deployments and integration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft server products and applications, Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, Federation Services
  • Good understanding of networking infrastructure and components and integrations with the infrastructure
