Job Description
Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.15bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Retail Loans Portfolio Operations Management, the role has the following responsibilities according team guidance:
- To complete, manage and check on customers’ documentation i.e. contracts, agreements, collaterals.
- To implement approval decisions amp; settlements for borrowers amp; guarantors in terms of repayment schedule, pricing and other conditions.
- To perform data entries for transactions, modification/update of existing collaterals or input of new collaterals.
- To respond to variable customers’ requests.
- To export amp; check on customers’ position.
- To collaborate constructively with every department (RMs, Legal etc.) for handling of daily tasks.
Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience in loan administration preferably for denounced or restructured portfolios in centralized unit.
- Managerial skills
- Familiarity in handling Legal Actions and L3869/4738.
- Comfortable working in high pressure environment and on an agile delivery plan, exceptional attention to detail.
- Adaptability in workflow platforms amp; debt management systems.
- English fluency and strong communicational skills, both verbal and written.
- Good Knowledge of Reporting
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Access additionally desired and BA or BSc Degree.
