Job Description

We are MageGuide, a passionate team that specializes in developing and designing stunning Magento e-Shops for the biggest brands in Greece and abroad. Founded in 2016, we are growing continuously gathering talented people from various sectors as Development, Project Management, DevOps, Account Management, UX/UI Design.

We are looking for our latest addition, a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our Client Support team.

What you'll do: Be part of the team that oversees the operations of our support department, be the point of contact for our enterprise level accounts and address their technical needs.

As a Senior technical AM at MageGuide, you must be a mature tech-savvy professional, that can confidently communicate, delegate and manage multiple tasks. To be successful, you need be consistently organised, happy to work with both onsite and remote development teams and enjoy building relationships with customers.


Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients at a senior level to offer 1st level technical support amp; resolve issues
  • Liaise between the customer amp; the development teams to assign, prioritise and oversee daily tasks
  • Ensure all issues amp; tickets are properly logged and assigned to the weekly planning
  • Provide training sessions to customers
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. DevOps, management)
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at a time
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to help them grow

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar, in a tech or eCommerce company
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Database Management Systems (e.g. MySQL)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Experience managing Enterprise level accounts
  • Team management skills
  • Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products
  • Experience with eCommerce, Jira, PHP and/or Magento is a big plus
