Junior Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our e-commerce team and provide support in performance marketing amp; CRO activities in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

The Junior Performance Marketing Specialist will monitor and optimize campaigns across digital channels, either in-house or in close cooperation with agencies, for email marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, affiliate marketing, price comparison/aggregators and programmatic advertising with focus on performance. The Junior Performance Marketing Specialist will be able to optimize website's search results, create tracking pixels, provide regular competition analysis, track, report and propose ways to improve performance.

• Executing integrated digital strategy
• Completing day-to-day performance marketing tasks to maximize ROI
• Creating Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Adhoc Reports and providing useful insights
• Providing reports from Google Analytics and other performance marketing platforms
• Monitoring and reporting on marketing budget, online sales, product categories amp; items against daily/monthly/yearly targets and projections
• Reporting amp; analysis of digital campaigns amp; site performance through platforms and ERP system
• Providing ROI optimization suggestions across channels
• Proposing ways to increase conversion rate of the e-shop
• Conducting regular competition analysis
• Creating 3rd party tracking pixels, checking if they are working correctly and providing useful insights
• Creating Google Data Studio Reports upon request

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business/Statistics or relevant
• Min 1 year proven work experience in performance marketing
• Strong experience with Google Analytics will be considered a plus
• Experience on marketing automation (tools amp; dynamic/triggered campaigns) will be considered a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
• Fluency in English language
