We are looking for a CRM amp; Loyalty Specialist to join our e-Commerce amp; CRM team and provide support in CRM amp; Loyalty activities in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
The CRM amp; Loyalty Specialist will be responsible for proposing, developing, executing and reporting the loyalty program acquisition, engagement amp; retention plans to drive personalization, positive experiences, CLV and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, propose and implement CRM amp; Loyalty strategies including sales, segmentation strategies, customer journey mapping, customer value propositions and loyalty programs, all combined with Digital amp; Analytics configurations.
- Developing customers journeys and experiences to increase customer satisfaction amp; engagement
- Working with RFM customer clusters and proposing the appropriate activity roadmap
- KPIs monitoring, reporting and optimization to identify opportunities for improvement of ROI, CLV, Churn Rate etc.
- NPS, CSAT monitoring and providing insights for further optimization
- Working on Customer Analytics: Base segmentation, monitoring qualitative and quantitative KPI’s amp; results of customer performance
- Monitoring KPI’s of the third parties Synergies
- Proposing omnichannel enhancements of the loyalty reward scheme (online, app, stores)
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or relevant
- Master's Degree will be considered a plus
- Min 2 years proven work experience in CRM amp; Loyalty programs within e-commerce websites
- Excellent analytical and presentational skills
- Strong experience with in SQL will be considered a plus
- Strong understanding of numbers and customer insights
- Strong experience with ERP systems
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English language
