We are currently seeking a highly talented and team-spirited individual to work as:
EU Projects Collaborator
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors project’s scopes and timelines
- Monitors that the action is implemented properly by managing day-to-day requests during project’s lifecycle.
- Acts as the intermediary for all communications between the beneficiaries and the EC
- Works closely with the team for the overall project implementation.
- Contributes into the design and implementation of project tasks and deliverables.
- Requests and reviews any documents or information required by the EC and verifies their completeness and correctness before passing them on to the EC
- Submits the deliverables and reports to the EC
- Administrates project resources including budget-related issues
- Handles outstanding administrative issues
- Participates into writing project deliverables, reports and presentations
- Participates in project telecommunications or meetings, networking events, conferences amp; workshops in Greece and abroad.
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- MBA degree would be a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in the implementation of EU projects
- Database handling (sql, mysql) amp; CAD knowledge would be considered a plus
- Fluent in English, both verbal and oral
- Ability to work with internal and external partners
- Excellent time management skills
- Multi-tasking abilities and a consultant mindset
- Communication and social skills
