Job Description
ICAP Employment Solutions, part of ICAP Group, is seeking, on behalf of its client Corteva Agriscience, a fast-growing multinational company in the agriculture sector, a Customer Service Representativeto join their team in their offices in Thessaloniki.

Your everyday goals:
- Be responsible from A-to-Z in the ordering procedure
- Handle customer requests and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide an ultimate customer experience and coordinate all necessary arrangements
Requirements
What makes you the best fit:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Experience in SAP will be considered as a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving orientation
- Multitasking and critical thinking
- Strong understanding of customer expectations
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
