You will have the chance to join the expanding team of Scientia and its product, FinTech Insights. Fintech Insights is a digital banking research platform that offers an analytical overview of the digital banking and Fintech competition.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales-related role. We are looking for a reliable professional colleague, who is able to balance customer orientation with a results-driven approach.Your overarching goal will be to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients, and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
The target market will be the European market and your working hours will be partly according to these time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing/closing a deal
- Uncover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present Scientia’s solutions to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your accounts/clients to understand and meet their needs
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Exceptionalcommunication skills in English (near-native level), both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of CRM Software (HubSpot Suite is a plus)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build and foster relationships
- Great organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and digital banking
- BSc or BA in business administration, marketing or similar, is a plus
