Job Description

Incident Management Responsibilities

  • Driving end to end the incident management process
  • Perform Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis Report
  • Producing management information, including KPIs and reports
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining the incident management system
  • Ensuring that all IT and Operations teams follow the incident management process for every incident
  • Oversee systems performance and manages vendor relationships
  • Participate in yearly audits
  • Act as 2nd level support on Incident Resolution Process
  • Receive, log and allocate a priority to all requests for changes

Change Management Responsibilities

  • Table all Request for Changes (RFCs) for a Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, issue an agenda and circulate all requests for changes to Change Advisory Board members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration
  • Issue change schedules
  • Liaise with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation, in accordance with schedules
  • Update the change log with all progress that occurs, including any actions to correct problems and/or to take opportunities to improve service quality
  • Review all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives; refers back any that have been backed out of have failed

Requirements

Skills amp; Experience

  • Minimum of?7?years’ experience in an IT related field
  • Significant leadership and executive communication experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of written skills both in Greek and English

  • Demonstrates good judgment
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, and often changing environment.
