Job Description
DoubleIP is looking for results-driven and ambitious Junior Fullstack Engineers.
As a member of our team, you will enhance and support complex and high-performant software systems. You will also have the opportunity to work on different projects and acquire the expertise to become a Software Engineer at DoubleIP’s EU Software House. The EU Software House develops EU projects with state-of-the-art architectures and technologies.
We are looking for either fullstack or want-to-be fullstack, so if you have experience in only one of the two fields, but eagerly want to get your hands on the other one too, we will be happy to meet.

In this position you will :
- Study the design of complex and high-demanding legacy software.
- Enhance high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
- Ensure high-availability and performance.
- Handle support requests.
- Be responsible for identifying bottlenecks and improving performance.
- Use the latest methodologies for software development.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven hands-on Backend Development experience (at least 4 years)
- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies
- Experience in any of the following: Spring Framework, Apache Camel, Apache Karaf
- Experience with test-driven development
- Knowledge of Unix based systems
- Nice to have : MongoDB, MySQL, frontend development
