Job Description

STRADIGI CONSULTING, on behalf of CHRYSSAFIDIS S.A., (chryssafidis.gr) the oldest and one of the largest suppliers of plumbing and industrial goods in South-eastern Europe, is looking to recruit an eCommerce Manager to rollout and manage its Digital Commercial activity.

The eCommerce Manager is expected to take full ownership of the company’s eCommerce activities including Strategy, Acquisition, Retention, Digital Marketing, Operations, Platform Development and maintenance, eCRM, Reporting and Pamp;L.

Main Accountabilities
    • Own, deliver and constantly update the Digital amp; eCommerce strategy of the organisation
    • Own the Digital customer Journey and work continuously towards the optimisation of the UX and performance of the eCommerce Platform
    • Project manage the delivery and launch of the eCommerce Platform together with the selected vendor
    • Monitor the eCommerce platform performance and manage all future maintenance and bug fixing development
    • Full ownership of the eCommerce Pamp;L and Digital Marketing Budget
    • Manage the Acquisition of online customers including the migration of existing phone ordering customers and new customers
    • Manage all eCRM activities aiming to maximise customer lifetime value through the offer of a personalised experience and the miximisation of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Define eCommerce Service promises and manage eCommerce operations
    • Lead the organisation towards the optimisation of operations and the delivery of the online service promise
    • Define the Digital Marketing Strategy and manage external partners towards the delivery of the Digital Marketing plan/calendar
    • Monitor competition and make recommendations towards competitive product and service propositions and pricing
    • Define and measure KPIs, own, manage and optimise the ROI of the Digital Marketing Budget
    • Produce regular reporting and communicate results on a regular basis to peers and management
    • Manage relationship with all involved external vendors/agencies
Requirements
    • Undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Business or other relevant field
    • Minimum 3 years experience in eCommerce Management (including Pamp;L ownership, acquisition, eCRM, operations, development)
    • Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing in all its forms (including PPC, Display, SM, Affiliate)
    • Strong commercial understanding or retail and online sales
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
    • Experience in Budget Management
    • Strong sense of ownership
    • Problem solving and innovative thinking
    • Experience in managing external vendors/agencies
    • Good understanding of Digital Technologies
    • Good understanding of Logistics and relevant best practices
    • Analytical thinker with high confidence in using data and all digital analytics platforms
    • Project Management experience
    • Experience in a B2B environment will be a plus
