Currently we are looking for
- Senior Software Engineers, embedded
to offer their SW services (along the whole Software Development Lifecycle) to one of our new and very promising international cooperation for the Global Telecommunications Market, from our company’s premises in Athens.
Requirements
Required skills:
- a talented software engineer, passionate about embedded SW,
- willing to take on challenges,
- an analytical-, problem solving- and quantitative ability,
- able to adapt quickly to new and challenging technical and business related environment,
- a fast learner, able to work independently,
- a team player, with strong communication skills, able to cooperate with others within a multi-national environment,
- flexible enough to work in a fast paced environment, according to the customer’s mentality,
- willing to be part of a very dynamically working company,
- University Degree in Computer Science, Electrical-/ Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline
- Hands on experience in embedded SW, C, C++ (gt;=5 years)
- Experience with Networking L1, L2, L3
- Experience with Network protocols, Synchronization
- Experience with protocols-SW, IP/MPLS-SW Stacks
- Experience with High Availability Mechanisms
- Experience with Real Time SW Development,
- Experience with Debuggers and Debugging, Test analysis and design, Failure diagnostics
- Experience with Linux, Yocto
- Experience with Git, JIRA
- Processes orientation, willing to follow Software development processes
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
The following will be considered as an asset:
- Experience with Radio Telemetry and RFU/ODU protocol
- Experience with Signal processing, FPGA design
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Jenkins, Gitlab pipeline, Kubernetes, Docker
The successful candidates will be part of the core team of highly qualified professionals, which will be established in Greece (Athens), being involved in the full software development lifecycle. They will have an enabling in product- specifics in Greece.
Prerequisites:
- Ability to travel abroad, as needed ( lt; 10% / after COVID)
- Participation in a technical test and a technical interview
