Your Mission:
Lead complex projects in eCommerce and seek to provide solutions that positively impact the business and customer experience
Collaborate closely with cross-department teams (Commercial/Marketing/CX/IT) to refine requirements, create specification documents, detailed feature definitions and clear product specifications
Create product concepts with the CX/designers/wider teams
Work with business owners throughout projects to meet goals and objectives and deliver highly functioning and modern web and digital experiences that are mobile first
Provide vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project
Provide training, assistance and knowledge transfer to the Operations team after the completion of a project
Handle the iteration planning, analysis / elaboration of the user stories amp; backlog management
Utilize technical problem solving in tandem with business acumen
Act as primary liaison and oversee development stages
Anticipate amp; handle change requests
Not afraid to test, assess and support our users and expanded team to ensure the production of high-quality deliverables
Engage with internal stakeholders at various levels to identify opportunities for new developments and innovation
Your Armory:
Technical experience with website technologies amp; languages, at least one of the following: HTML5 amp; CSS3, Javascript, Java, Angular, databases
Good understanding of user experience and customer journeys, key customer personas and use-case scenarios
Commercially minded. Good understanding of Marketing and Data/System team integrations
Passionate about technology/digital achievements and how it can impact our product growth
Ability to influence people (team, stakeholders)
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and reporting while having the ability to work within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion) amp; planning skills
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Experience being a product owner or working closely with marketing/data/technology teams
3-4+ years’ experience in web, digital or TPM/product management required
