Responsibilities
- Responsible for the lifecycle of the POS platform of the company and its services to the customers
- Responsible for orderly platform operations, its related initiatives and projects, and the communication with the platform vendors
- Manage the daily operations of the platform and responsible for the:
- Operations SLA and performance KPIs
- Capacity planning
- High availability
- New releases
- New features development
- Acceptance tests
- 3rd level support amp; Incident resolution
- Responsible for the delivery of the Technical Specifications of new platform features
- Maintain and coordinate the day to day relationship with any technology partners and vendors
Requirements
Skills amp; Experience
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in an IT related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science preferred
- Fundamental technology skills and knowledge of basic integration architecture concepts, application styles, development methodologies and concepts
- Project management skills
- Fluent in written Greek and English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiar with SQL or similar relational database language
- Experience in payments amp; card transactions environment will be an asset
