Job Description

Vardas SA is seeking to recruit a full time Ecommerce Manager. This new position will build on the growing success of the company’s e-shop and the further development of e-commerce business. This position reports to upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes to acquire a deep understanding of the companys operations and utilize this acquired knowledge to identify and implement possible improvements on the redesign of the site, or incorporate new developments in order to enrich the omni-channel approach.
  • Work closely together with the rest of digital amp; e-commerce team members, IT, logistics, and other departments, making sure our systems are fully integrated.
  • Define, own, manage and optimize the ROI of the Digital Marketing Budget
  • Define, own, observe and report to upper management all relevant KPIs
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team for the planning and execution of all 360 communication campaigns
  • Own the Digital and Omnichannel customer Journey
  • Define, own, observe and report to upper management all relevant KPIs
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team for the planning and execution of all 360 communication campaigns
  • Manage the relationship with all involved vendors/advisors
  • Lead development of project plan, ensuring its successful implementation, including and managing timelines, scope, budget, communication, quality, issues, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints.
  • Keep up to date on current e-commerce fashion amp; beauty trends and opportunities.
  • Open minded with positive thinking, have good problem solving skill.
  • Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Business or other relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing an eShop, owning the Pamp;L, and all operations (past experience in online Fashion is considered a plus)
  • Proven working, minimum 3 years, experience in digital marketing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (including Senior Management) and other involved parties
  • Experience with organizing, and putting in writing business requirements.
  • Experience in Budget Management
  • Problem solving and innovative thinking
  • Experience in managing people
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Implement and analyze performance metrics. Measure and assess goals vis-à-vis ROI and implement and analyze performance metrics
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Professional use of English
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
