WATT+VOLT is looking for a Head of Operations amp; Digital Transformation, to oversee daily activities across functions such as Supply Operations amp; Contract Management and lead the overall design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all elements of the Supply operations function (billing representation payments)
- Supervising the operations of the Contract management department
- Evaluating regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals - Designing policies that align with overall strategy
- Developing and driving the company’s overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap
- Overseeing the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
- Assisting with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level
- Keeping up to date with digital trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- MSc in business administration or related field
- Working experience as Head of Operations, or other similar leadership roles
- Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects
- Experience in Energy sector will be considered a plus
- Proficient in relevant software packages
- Fluency in English language
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
