Job Description

We are looking for a highly talented Business Development Agent to embrace the opportunity of being part of our experienced Business Development Team.

  • Personalized close-the-loop tools that transform feedback and CX metrics to revenues and facilitate customer recovery

e-satisfaction.com is a technology company and our customer success and sales teams are currently working remotely, with periodic team (online and offline) gatherings that allow us to spend quality time when we are all together. This means that this is a remote working position.

Role:

As a business development agent, you will have the opportunity to be a significant part of the sales team of a highly growing SAAS product in Greece amp; EU markets. Responsible to build the prospects that convert to clients in the market of different industry retailers, you will be in the most vital position for company’s commercial development. Working closely with sales manager and customer success people you will daily be the first point of contact for new potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a systematic pipeline of qualified leads within the target markets through continuous online research, lead sourcing amp; prospecting
  • Call, email, text and in general communicate with qualified prospects, demonstrating the value that the company can bring to their organization and acquiring information about main pain points and challenges
  • Respond to inbound demo requests in a timely manner
  • Prioritize communication with potential customers and consistently perform all follow up calls required according to plan
  • Maintain updated customer records in CRM or other company’s system
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success amp; Engagement people to exchange feedback amp; ensure a seamless customer funnel from the stage of qualified lead to becoming a long-term user of our platform
  • Bring new ideas for business development amp; satisfaction of our customers

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in Business Development position
  • Experience in phone sales, face to face amp; digital sales/consulting, preferably in longer sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills, ease to persuade and communicate effectively over the phone
  • Results driven attitude, a doer personality and a curious learner
  • PC literate, able to work effectively and timely with Office, CRM system amp; internet search tools
  • A passion for and a desire to work amp; thrive within the e-commerce space, a high level of personal organization and time management skills
