Job Description

We are looking for a talented Digital ccount anager to join our team. You will manage a part of our client portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence.

As a Digital account manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.


Responsibilities
  • Be a cross-functional teammate who work effectively with internal teams on overall digital strategy based on client’s needs.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
  • Effectively liaise between creative and technical departments.
  • Be a creative thinker able to generate and develop fresh, engaging ideas.
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team of social media marketers to pursue and deliver excellence.
  • Present weekly/monthly reports to your assigned customers.
  • Coordinate and develop social standard methodologies, strategies and approach with other departments who utilize social accounts, platforms and strategies to achieve their business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Years proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills (creating, as well as delivering, engaging, convincing presentations).
  • Be able to write a brief that communicates client objectives and directs the team.
  • Capable of coordinating teams on several projects (for example, websites, applications, campaigns, etc.).
  • Effectively liaise between creative and technical departments.
  • Experience using task management tools.
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and all social media platforms.
  • Experience with customer service and account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both Greek amp; English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
