What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Business Optimisation Specialist to join our newly-formed Commercial Operations team. By effectively analysing and designing business processes amp; procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, you’ll help us scale and ensure the Commercial unit's successful operations.
Examples of your daily tasks
- Drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement and maintenance in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our commercial strategy and the development of efficient and scalable end to end processes
- Identify process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues and use data to make fact-based decisions for process improvement
- Translate business requirements into CRM workflow solutions to achieve business process automation
- Determine, in collaboration with commercial and technical stakeholders, changes / upgrades needed to the CRM system in order to meet evolving business requirements
- Track and communicate new and updated process optimisation initiatives
- Manage resource allocation for the implementation of process improvements
- Ensure documentation for all process optimisation initiatives is complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Stay continuously informed on new platforms and releases in CRM technologies
- Conduct frequent training of end users on new tool functionality (incl. CRM), as needed
- Motivate the commercial team in the adoption of new processes amp; procedures, ensuring that feedback is always captured
Requirements
Your skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Optimisation / CRM Consultant role within a fast-paced environment is essential
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (eg. Salesforce) and business solution implementations
- Experience working with commercial teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance
- University Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent

- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present complex information to technical and commercial stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Build enthusiasm for change and ensure on-time delivery of projects
- Passion for technology and for disrupting consumer/merchant experiences
- Humble, eager to learn, willing to roll-up sleeves when necessary
- Excellent organisational skills amp; attention to detail
