Position summary
We are looking for a Junior Product Analyst to join our Supplier Payments team (digital payments) in Athens. The job holder will be exposed to the international Payments Ecosystem within a fast-paced technology organization.
The responsibility of the Junior Product Analyst is to own the operations of the product portfolio regarding reporting and system operations activities. The role supports the efficient sourcing and monitoring of payment products as well as the relationship with suppliers.
The position will be based at our Athens office.
Responsibilities
- Become the go-to person within the team regarding Supplier Payments product portfolio status. Assume reporting and product operations responsibility.
- Perform data analysis utilizing BI tools and spreadsheets in order to produce meaningful KPIs. Transform multiple datasets to develop aggregated monthly controlling reports. Define the requirements for new analytics and reports to be implemented on the Etraveli’s BI applications.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery and updating of available payment products. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders regarding operational activities, configure payment settings on the Etraveli platform and maintain an up-to-date product documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Economics.
- Experience in working with large datasets utilizing BI systems and raw files.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Previous exposure in system activities/configuration (e.g. CMS, CRM etc.).
- Very strong communication skills amp; excellent command of the English language.
- Eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes.
