At Sleed, we are looking for an intelligent and knowledgeable Jr. Search Engine Optimization / Web Specialist to join our SEO team.

Our work has been awarded more than 190 times, with more than 30 customers, in a number of different competitions related to e-business, social media and design while we have won numerous competitions and initiatives organized by major partners like Google and Facebook.

What will you do?

You will plan and develop strategic optimization strategies for our clients, to help them grow their seo presence, traffic and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Measure and track site ranking factors, keywords, internal and external links, and site content.
• Review and audit the sites to drive change that complies with best practices (including schema.org) to improve crawlability.
• Perform SEO Audits and drive the implementation roadmap of on-page optimization
• Implement SEO tactics and ensure that sites are search-engine-friendly
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to drive more qualified traffic
• Monitor the performance of clients’ SEO strategies and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization
• Stay current with search engine trends to develop and improve SEO practices within the agency
• Report on all clients’ important KPIs, using reporting amp; presentation tools
• Help our clients implement the tasks and projects agreed with our SEO team, using project management skills, guidance and training when needed
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 year of experience in SEO
• Understanding of SEO core elements including, but not limited to, on-page and off-page tactics, optimization of site navigation, internal linking structure, URL structure, title tags, and meta descriptions
• A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
• Ability to have challenging but productive business conversations
• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach
• Ability to extract trends and insights from complex data sets
• Understanding of business-related concepts and the interrelationship between key metrics
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with basic SEO tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog
• Familiar with Google Analytics and basic reporting capabilities
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Keyword Research and SEO Competition analysis tools such as SEMRush, Oncrawl, DeepCrawl, Botify etc will also be appreciated
