Position Summary

The position will be accountable for designing, planning and executing all the employer branding activities to attract best talent, as well as owning the overall space of internal company communications.

Role reports to the CHRO.

Responsibilities

Internal communications

  • Curate and produce internal communications content. Examples include key staff interviews, employee initiatives, communication of internal events around strategically important issues.
  • Introduce KPIs to measure and constantly improve internal communications content, and infrastructure.
  • Come up with innovative ideas to increase employee engagement via relevant, fresh ideas and communication methods.
  • Support communication of the HR agenda and new initiatives/processes.
    • Wellbeing
    • Leadership training
    • Feedback module / culture
  • Own the wiki, and other internal coms infrastructure.
  • Support compulsory training roll outs (code of conduct compliance coms, etc).

Employer Branding

  • Lead the re-design of our employer branding strategy to achieve higher conversion rates in the markets we recruit through brand awareness amp; alignment of our corporate values and the EVP
  • This will include the relaunch of our careers' website, responsibility of our Linkedin presence amp; other corporate channels etc
  • Responsible for measuring the success of the branding initiatives
  • Continuously coming up with ideas amp; suggestions on how to strengthen our position as an employer in the markets we recruit heavily in.
  • Own our linkedin presence
  • Establish dashboard and KPIs around our job ads in order to maximize relevant pipeline for our jobs at the optimal ad spend
NB: additional responsibilities outside of the above scope may be assigned from time to time or on a regular basis in order to ensure the business understanding and relevance of all communications, as well as 100% utilization.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in roles working with content management, copywriting, internal / external communications or advertising (some of these areas, not all)
  • Some experience with managing social media and/or online advertising is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and engage with staff at all levels, including the management board, in an impactful way.
  • Excellent English language skills (native preferred)
  • Experience in leading projects in a multi-location / multicultural context
  • Experience with linkedin and other social media
  • Self-driven with strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative
  • Flexibility and excellent multitasking skills
  • Excellent written communication skills and a proven ability to create short and engaging written messaging in English.

The role is based in Athens and will require extensive travel for the initial 6-month period (as soon as the epidemic situation permits). After that, some limited travel may be required.
