As a result of our rapid growth, we are currently on the lookout for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Customer Success Team.
The Customer Marketing Specialist aims to increase product adoption by designing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns and identifying customer segments with high potential for account expansion.
This role is responsible for generating revenue from our existing customer base by developing leads for Upselling and Cross-selling that will feed our self-service channel but also our Customer Success Managers’ Upsell pipeline.
Typical tasks and activities
- Build and execute new marketing initiatives to increase engagement and product adoption in order to generate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Identify customer segments with high potential for account expansion by leveraging customer data and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage the lead generation funnel design and optimization across each marketing touchpoint, using data analytics and best practices
- Generate marketing content ideas to be used for up-selling, cross-selling initiatives
- Identify qualified leads for upselling for the Customer Success Managers
- Monitor success of marketing efforts and create reports
Requirements
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaign
- Experience in designing and executing lead generation campaigns
- Experience in building strategies to increase customer engagement and product adoption
- Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms (ideally with HubSpot)
- Data-driven: experience in developing actionable insights through user behavior data
- Ability to write effective copy is necessary
- Working experience with SaaS products
- Excellent command of the English language
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales processes
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the shipping industry will be a bonus
- Customer service/Customer Success experience will be considered as a bonus
