Agile Actors #learning is the Learning amp; Development organisation of the Agile Actors Ecosystem for the ambitious and talented tech professional. We develop and support our people to combine theory with best practices as well as real-world experiences in order to grow and excel. We are looking for a passionate, multi-talented Junior Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will be part of a highly motivated learning experts team that provides training services internally and externally.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Junior Training Coordinator position in Agile Actors is passionate for growth and eager to learn how we build the professional development of our community. Our new colleague is very well organised, communicates in a collaborative way and is focused on solutions. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Support the administration of design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training amp; development programs, ideally for tech professionals
- Responsible for the effective organization of the training sessions and their smooth implementation
- Gathers and analyses employees’ training needs
- Prepares and organises the training sessions
- Help the link between the training sessions and the development paths of our people
- Communicates with the instructors and the participants
- Ensures essential administration work is done

- Is very well organised, communicates in a collaborative way and is focused on solutions
- Previous experience in projects and teams would be desirable
- Any Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR, Computer science, engineering or IT, is welcomed
