What We Are Looking For:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all digital platforms, ensuring the success of our business objectives and those of our clients.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies amp; online media. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid campaigns on several platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin ads), including but to limited to account setup, strategy development, organization and management.
- Daily campaign amp; budget management including optimizations.
- Continuous A/B testing within campaigns to drive performance improvements.
- Analyze marketing plans and identify KPI’s for each project.
- Research new trends and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Create weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements
- 3+ Years proven work experience.
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads (e-commerce and conversion oriented campaigns).
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Analytics).
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek amp; English.
- Presentation skills.
- Team player.
- Familiarity with: Google Search Console, Ahref, Asana.
