To make this experience above the standards we need a Copywriter amp; Content Specialist to make sure nothing is out of the plan for our travelers. If you have a passion for persuasive content, work with people in different languages and are willing to deal with UX, this can be your chance.
This position is part of the Localization amp; Content team which belongs to the Customer Services department and owns customers’ digital communication channels and Branding. By streamlining the processes for our websites, app and digital campaigns, we focus on incrementality through local and effective content experience.
The position will be based at our Athens office.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, attractive, engaging, and short copy with a distinct voice for a multi-brand business in different communication channels (CRM, web, blog, digital and marketing campaigns)
- Collaborate with ecommerce, UI/UX and developers to improve readability and conversion
- Get feedback from, and propose solutions for, end-users and internal stakeholders
- Work within the different teams and ensure that content are delivered to a high standard and free of errors
- Organize and own content in different languages by syncing with our translation agency and freelancers
- Brief our designers with spark ideas combined with a touch of data-driven approach
Requirements
Must have qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Copywriter
- Strong time management skills and ability to take lead and prioritize. High attention to detail, ownership and organization mindset
- Advanced knowledge of content management in different platforms and channels (email, chat, IVR, social media and internal communication)
- A results and data driven approach on creation and a project management mindset
- An appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem solving through to detailed interaction and visual design
- Fluency in English. More languages are a big plus
Nice to have qualifications
- Experience working in the ecommerce industry, within a CRM and / or digital marketing team
- Familiarity with content management systems, email templates and how to combine text and visuals
