On behalf of our client we are looking for a team oriented amp; performance driven Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic team amp; represent one of the biggest companies!

Duties:

• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries by telephone, email and chat
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
• Identify and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Attend Team Meetings/additional training sessions as scheduled

Requirements

Language skills

• Native level of German
• Native level of English

Degree/experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year relevant experience in a customer support role

Soft skills

• Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to work in a fast - paced environment
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
