Our technical team is responsible for developing and supporting high traffic and high-performance eLearning web services and applications. As a member of our development team, you’ll work on an advanced PHP codebase, helping us further expand our industry-leading eLearning platforms and build new innovative online training solutions.

Responsibilities
Programming. You'll collaborate on various projects that assist our company to deliver high-quality products and services to our global audience and learn coding best practices along the way.
Learning. You will participate in real-life software development processes and see first-hand how it’s like to work at a very competitive software company on a global scale. Delivery, Agile, Collaboration, all in real-world situations.
Operations. As part of the automation team, you will collaborate with your team leader to deliver effective software that delivers actual value from day one.
Ownership. You will be expected to communicate openly and clearly within the company, learn from others, adapt to your team's development practices, contribute based on your skills and experience and become a software professional along the way.
Requirements
Web skills. You need to be familiar with basic principles of web programming. Experience with server-side languages such as PHP is a big plus. Also some basic familiarity with Javascript and CSS is important as well.
Commitment. You should be familiar with the Git versioning system and know the basics about committing, making a pull request, pushing code and what merging is all about.
Focus. You will be expected to act as a software professional, and treated as such. Being punctual, precise, and very focused to the desired outcome is very important. Also a deep desire to learn and take as much out of this.
Communication. You don’t need subtitles to watch Netflix. You should have an excellent level of English, and be able to chat and write about technical issues with fellow developers and customers.
