Job Description

STRADIGI CONSULTING of behalf of its client GLOBAL MEDIA is looking for a Digital Ad Operations Manager to join their Team and take responsibility of all aspects of Digital Campaigns Ad Management for the campaigns of their clients/agencies via the platforms of the vendors they represent in the Greek and Cypriot market.

Global Media is the only independent marketing agency that focuses exclusively on International Marketing and has been operating for the past 20 years. They have successfully designed and implemented over 800 International Campaigns on behalf of more than 200 clients and have executed all kinds of projects from Strategy to Creative Assets and media campaigns from TV to print, to digital, to outdoor. Their client list includes companies and organisations from all sectors of the economy.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, agencies and vendors to work on digital campaign briefs
  • Work with vendors to implement (campaign trafficking, tagging set up, naming convention) and oversee ad campaigns go-live process
  • Manage QA for ad trafficking, creation and reporting
  • Monitor active campaigns, communicating with clients/agencies and vendors as needed
  • Capture and socialise best practices to optimize future campaign launches
  • Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and provide suggestions for improved performance
  • Proactively identify ways to streamline the campaign workflow. Recognize and push more efficient ways to work or opportunities for automation

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of Programmatic Platforms
  • Experience in Client/Account Management
  • Strong ability to multi task
  • Proven ability to create high quality deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Minimum experience of 2-3 years in Digital Ad Ops
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
