We are currently looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join our Marketing Team based in Athens.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Identify user needs and link them with business specifications
- Conduct concept and usability testing
- Create personas through user research and data
- Define action roadmaps for implementation to improve conversion rates
- Develop wireframes/prototypes around customer behavior
- Work with UI designers and PMs to implement attractive flows
- Work with BI team to communicate UX SMART goals and craft reports
- Present design research findings to the larger team
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience in related field
- Portfolio demonstrating work experience and deliverables (e.g.: white papers, case studies, study design documents, reports) will be asked
- Problem-solving attitude
- Customer-centric approach
- Strong analytical mindset
- Background in project management and research
- Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)
- A team-player amp; can-do attitude with a results-driven approach is a must
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Branding background will be considered a plus
