Job Description

Main Accountabilities

  • Support in the execution of initiatives through:
    • drafting of project plans for agreed initiatives
    • following-up of action/delivery items across the Business
    • performing of high-level validation across the implementation plans
    • tracking of initiative performance
  • Ensure smooth execution of initiatives, identifying and documenting appropriately any operational risks
  • Draft of policies amp; procedures to accompany the smooth execution of strategy
  • Prepare presentations for the Asset Owners
  • Assist in developing a best-in-class strategy easily deployed across portfolios

Requirements

Education, Skills and Experience

  • Experience (8+ years) in Back Office/Operations function with excellent knowledge of unsecured banking products
  • Ability to build process flows and document policies and/or processes
  • Excellent Greek and English verbal amp; written skills
  • Very good project management skills
  • Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Qualco knowledge a plus
  • Prior involvement with the Mercury portfolio is a plus
