Job Description
Main Accountabilities
- Support in the execution of initiatives through:
- drafting of project plans for agreed initiatives
- following-up of action/delivery items across the Business
- performing of high-level validation across the implementation plans
- tracking of initiative performance
- Ensure smooth execution of initiatives, identifying and documenting appropriately any operational risks
- Draft of policies amp; procedures to accompany the smooth execution of strategy
- Prepare presentations for the Asset Owners
- Assist in developing a best-in-class strategy easily deployed across portfolios
Requirements
Education, Skills and Experience
- Experience (8+ years) in Back Office/Operations function with excellent knowledge of unsecured banking products
- Ability to build process flows and document policies and/or processes
- Excellent Greek and English verbal amp; written skills
- Very good project management skills
- Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Qualco knowledge a plus
- Prior involvement with the Mercury portfolio is a plus
