As a member of Regulatory Affairs amp; Interconnection team, you'll be part of a diverse amp; agile team of lawyers, engineers, economists and other proficiencies, working at company’s forefront and managing external affairs towards key stakeholders and partners.
Start today, as a Senior Regulatory amp; Interconnection Specialist and combine creativity and intellectual rigor with the organizational skills to manage various projects and initiatives in Regulatory, Public Policy and InterOperator domains.
Your role will involve:
- Monitoring regulatory environment and identifying key technology policy issues
- Analyzing and implementing technology regulatory decisions amp; reference offers
- Driving and monitoring interoperator services, regulatory amp; public policy initiatives
- Acting as liaison toward external stakeholders, peers or interconnection partners
- Monitoring internal/external regulatory and contract/ref.offer compliance
- Preparing amp; supporting company’s positions in public consultations amp; official meetings
- Acting as Project Manager for the implementation of regulatory amp; interconnection projects
- Representing WIND in national and int’l fora, associations or working groups
- Supporting company’ engagement with officials, legislators, regulators and interoperator 3rd parties in the formulation and the implementation of regulatory and interconnection strategy
- Interacting cross-functionally with a wide variety of individuals and teams
Requirements
You are good for the role if you have:
- MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration or other related discipline
- 5 or more years of working experience in telecom industry in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Greek and European telecom technology regulation amp; policy
- Excellent knowledge of Internet, NGA and mobile technologies (4G/5G) and the regulatory environment that surrounds them
- Very strong communication amp; negotiation skills, both oral and written, with focus on advocacy, argumentation and high attention to detail
- Understanding of business KPIs and how these can support advocacy and lobbying tactics
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of the English language
- Team player with the ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing environment
You are perfect if you also have:
- Advanced knowledge of Data Privacy/Data protection/Information Security
- Experience or strong knowledge of the Greek regulatory and public policy institutions
