What We Are Looking For
The Active Sales team at Skroutz is responsible for communicating with the merchants wanting to add an additional sales channel to their existing sales process while building successful partnerships with shops meeting platform requirements.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Active Sales team. As Sales Development Representative you are responsible for exploring new opportunities for collaboration with SMEs who are interested in adding a new sales channel to their sales plan. They speak with potential customers, either from inbound or outbound sources and they fuel the Account Executive team with leads.

  • Reaching out to prospects by email and phone
  • Qualifying inbound or outbound leads, creating opportunities and next steps for Account Executives
  • Creating a positive first impression with our prospects and customers by providing a world class experience
  • Logging sales activity and monitoring performance

Requirements

What skills and experience you will need

Experience

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 1-2 years work experience preferred, preferably in a process-driven team environment

Skills

  • Excellent English command
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A strong desire to start a sales career
  • High energy, self starter and a positive attitude
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively
  • Patience, empathy and persistence in a customer-facing context
  • Diligence and enthusiasm; you appreciate quality and deliver it on a daily basis
  • Team spirit; you seriously care about what you do and appreciate collaborating with your colleagues
