The role
You will be a high-profile contact when it comes client delivery projects and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds by fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of the tools and capabilities of the SmarterChains Platform in order to identify best practices for clients’ Industry 4.0 Transformation strategies:
- Leading large-scale client engagements while consistently delivering quality client services within expected timeframes
- Managing large project teams, planning and managing the workflow
- Discover, validate and develop new business opportunities that can further support our client’s journey towards Industry 4.0
- Prepare and develop detailed project deliverables and plans and monitor progress during projects execution.
- Lead relevant client meetings during the project individually/ jointly with the Managers
- Ensuring stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes on ongoing projects
- Preparing regular status reports and analysis for effective planning and decision making
- Gaining knowledge and insights of industry fundamentals while working on different projects and be able to improvise new value propositions for our clients
Requirements
The ideal candidate should has:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Industry or consultancy within the field of digital transformation, operational excellence, MES, Industry 4.0 and/or industrial automation
- Bachelor or above preferably in the field of Operations management or a technical/engineering discipline
- Experience in leading and managing direct reports from teams of 4 or more
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, VBA, Power BI etc.
- Practical knowledge of analytical tools such as Loss-Tree, Why-Why analysis and other manufacturing improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple challenging projects, priorities and stakeholder at the same time
- Highly driven and ambitious personality with a passion for technology as an enabler of exponential progress
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly across various stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations
- Solid leadership, influence and negotiation skills with strong business acumen
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Passion for Technology and its impact on Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Excellence and experience and knowledge regarding project management. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt is an advantage
