The Junior Technology Product Manager, will be responsible for the wealth of experiences across web and mobile applications that help our candidates to enjoy and our partners to deliver, smooth and valuable learning and certification journeys.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of customers’ needs and behavior by monitoring industry and market trends, conducting user and market research, and tracking KPIs and analytics across the customer journey
- Work with PeopleCert’s UX Designers and Product Managers to materialize ideas into product concepts, ensuring a consistent user experience along PeopleCert’s design principles, and providing the outmost clarity to our Software Development teams
- Ensure a powerful depiction of our technology products value proposition and feedback loops with customers are in place
- Be actively involved in the delivery of business models that make PeopleCert competitive in the marketplace
- Collaborate with the operational functions of the company to ensure significant operational, security amp; legal uses cases are prioritized, and addressed as functional or non-functional product requirements
- Work hand-in-hand with teams that run Digital Transformation Initiatives ensuring outcomes benefit our customers to the maximum, and where appropriate, creating technology product touchpoints
- Use professional Product Management tools to create Clarity and Transparency in the organization such as Roadmaps, Design Thinking principles, Customer Journeys, Prototypes, Workshops, Data Analytics
- Overall, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Software Development, to drive successful delivery of your technology product line across all fronts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or Economics
- 1-2 years of working experience as a Junior Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or a Product Designer, ideally on software products or projects such as Consumer Applications, SaaS/Mobile applications, eCommerce or eLearning platforms
- Fluency in English, (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
- Collaborative leadership: You earn the trust of others and facilitate cooperation between people with different skills through your collaborative style and communication skills
- Innately analytical: You start by asking ‘why?’. You are an excellent listener and when you’re presented with data, problems or requests, you focus on posing the right questions rather than jumping to conclusions
- Design oriented: You are eager to work with users and be their voice inside the business. You are passionate about the user experience and impactful design, pushing the culture in the right place
- Focused on execution: You have a natural instinct to drive things to completion, shipping the right product, with the right timing, making the right tradeoffs
- Curious amp; driven: You should appreciate challenges and have the ability and curiosity to adapt to a constantly changing environment
