The role

Upstream is looking for an Innovation Product Manager, Digital Services and Alliances, to work closely with our teams and guide the promos and digital services product roadmap from conception to launch and also help with building and managing the partner basis for commercial success. The role will report directly to the Product Innovation Director. As the Innovation Product Manager, Digital Services and Alliances, you will lead our Digital services and promos strategy and will have the opportunity to develop technology and consumer experiences that optimize Upstream ROI. You will also be the single point of contact of all existing partners and alliances of Upstream and define our overall partnership strategy to be in line with the company strategy. You will scan for potential partners and also define local alliances strategy with HQ.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for Upstream’s Digital services and promos; Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders for alignment on priorities and timelines
  • Collaborate with partners and internals stakeholders to get feedback, analyze competitive landscape and opportunities and come up with product vision
  • Brainstorm with the team to design and define new product ideas for promos and digital services
  • Provide front line assessment of new partnership opportunities for digital services but also for new recruitment channels and advise commercial leadership in prioritizing which to progress
  • Build relationships with third-party partners and technology providers to develop an approach to maximize Upstream revenue
  • Work with the wider internal product and commercial teams towards achieving annual target revenue and innovation targets
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and solutions and act as a subject matter expert for your product area
  • Help building the partner basis for commercial success: support overall business performance on top and bottom line by pro-actively researching and sourcing content and partner services into the Upstream product and sales pipeline,
  • Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors
  • Support integration of the partnerships and on time project delivery
  • Have a good understanding of the commercial and product requirements of a project, allowing you to find the most relevant sources adding to a commercially viable product


Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital product management and partners management

  • University degree preferably in the fields of technology or business
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
  • Experience managing relationships and negotiating with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including partners
  • Excellent written and oral command of the English language
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on
  • A team player, but can work independently too
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • A unique blend of business and tech savvy
  • Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
